01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://pk387.cam (the "Platform"), operated under the brand name pk387. By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

pk387 is a player-information and educational resource. • Misrepresents your identity, age or eligibility;
• Facilitates or encourages illegal gambling activity, including underage gambling;
• Reproduces, modifies, distributes or publicly displays Platform content without our express written consent.

pk387 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who breaches these conduct requirements, without notice and without liability.

All content published on the Platform is provided in good faith for informational and educational purposes only. pk387 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any information published on the Platform;

This licence does not permit: reproduction of content for commercial use; systematic extraction of data; republication or redistribution without attribution; or any use that competes with or undermines pk387's commercial interests.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action and/or claims for damages. Requests for permission to reproduce content must be submitted to the contact address set out in Section 15.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk387 and its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance on content or information published on the Platform;
• Any gambling activity undertaken by you on any third-party operator platform;
• Financial losses, transaction disputes or account issues with any third-party operator;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access;
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Applicable Law.

pk387 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not share data with gambling operators unless separately disclosed and consented to by you.

13Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to applicable federal and provincial law.
